Reservation process:
1. TAs purchase WOT tickets from Sentosa B2B portal
2. TAs to generate Print Order (PO) for WOT tickets. Note: It is mandatory that the PO Receipt from Sentosa B2B portal reflects the exact number of dated tickets you would like to reserve.
3. For bookings, TAs to email SDC Reservation Centre at mflg_reservation@sentosa.com.sg with the following supporting documents:
- A copy of Print Order (PO) Receipt from Sentosa B2B portal
- Name of Booker, Company Name, Contact No., show date, show time, no. of tickets and print order number
Note: strictly no amendments or cancellation allowed after reservation enquiry sent
4. If there is availability, RC to reserve WOT tickets for TA’s respective PO on MFLG B2B portal and send email confirmation with MFLG e-Tickets to TAs
Things to note:
1. RC Operating Hours (For TA emails): Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM (Closed on weekend, eve of PH & PH)
2. Reservation cut off time: Reservation enquiry to receive by last business working day, before 12pm (Applicable to all days – weekday, weekend, eve of PHs & PHs). Same day reservation is allowed for weekdays.
3. For booking enquiry receive before 12pm, RC will reply within the same day. For booking enquiry receive after 12pm, RC will reply on the following day.
4. Reservation can be made in advance up to 30 days maximum.
5. Once reservation enquiry sent to RC, strictly no amendments or cancellation
